Key Responsibilities
Manage integration processes for newly acquired businesses, ensuring seamless onboarding and alignment with corporate expectations
Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline integration efforts and facilitate cultural integration for acquired employees
Implement technology transitions and process standardization to improve overall integration workflows
Required Qualifications
Over 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in post-merger integration
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience collaborating with various corporate functions including Finance, IT, and Legal
Proven ability to make effective decisions based on data analysis
Experience managing external vendors and consultants
