A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Product Partnerships Deal Lead. Key Responsibilities Lead licensing negotiations and develop partnership strategies with internal and external stakeholders Execute transactions by developing business cases and managing negotiation strategies with partners Oversee deal management and partnership governance, ensuring compliance and performance tracking post-closure Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in the software industry with a focus on product licensing transactions Experience in cloud services and working with ecosystem partners is preferred Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary virtual teams and manage initiatives from inception to implementation Strong analytical and business modeling skills Ability to communicate and influence across various functions and levels within the organization
