CPA Licensed Sr. Director Controller

A company is looking for a Sr. Director & Controller for US Group Health. Key Responsibilities Act as a financial business partner providing strategic guidance and conducting financial analyses to support business growth Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial controls and identify cost efficiencies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance CPA certification Ten+ years of accounting experience with a focus on financial statement preparation for a business unit with at least a $200 million P&L Minimum of 3 years of formal leadership experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a SOX controlled environment
