CPA Licensed VP of Finance

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead and scale its finance operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee customer-facing financial operations, including monthly invoicing and compliance Lead the monthly financial close process and maintain the financial model for strategic decision-making Produce weekly cash flow reports and manage vendor relationships and annual budget figures Required Qualifications CFA or CPA certification required MBA or management consulting experience (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, or Big Four) 10+ years in financial management, accounting, or bookkeeping, preferably in high-growth or startup environments Proven experience in leading Series A or later-stage fundraising efforts Ability to manage complex financial models and oversee AP/AR and cash flow processes
