A company is looking for a Customer Account Protection Investigator. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive investigations to identify fraud patterns and trends Manage multiple case queues and document findings in a case management system Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements Required Qualifications 2+ years of complex financial crime investigative experience or 1+ years in Intelligence Analysis or Law Enforcement BA/BS degree preferred; Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) designation is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications Demonstrated project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic financial services environment
