Customer Accounts Specialist
A company is looking for a Strategic Accounts Customer Specialist in Customer Sales & Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact and manage day-to-day contract activities for large multi-million-dollar accounts
Collaborate with account managers, customers, vendors, and project management teams to support assigned accounts
Proactively communicate account health and drive processes to manage overall account compliance and performance
Required Qualifications:
0-2 years of relevant experience required; 1+ years in account management or customer service preferred
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUPS)
Experience with contract management
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations and/or Salesforce experience preferred
