Customer Lifecycle Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze touchpoints and create detailed lifecycle engagement plans to enhance the patient experience
Design and execute multi-channel activation campaigns to convert new patients
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and patient engagement data to inform strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or digital marketing, preferably in healthtech
Experience with patient engagement strategies and behavior change methodologies
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools
Experience with HIPAA compliance and healthcare communication regulations preferred
