Customer Service Representative (VA|TN)
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Voice and Non-Voice).
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers by transferring calls between patients, pharmacies, and doctors
Provide first-level support to customers via email and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Document customer interactions and collaborate with colleagues to improve service practices
Required Qualifications
At least a high school diploma
6 months of experience in customer service via phone, email, or live chat
Healthcare experience is a plus
Start-up experience is a plus
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and frequently changing environment
