Customer Solutions Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Support Specialist to provide technical support and exceptional customer service remotely. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues related to platforms Assist customers with tasks ranging from password resets to comprehensive LMS training Document interactions and collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center preferred 1+ year of technical experience preferred; familiarity with Help Desk or ticketing systems is advantageous Understanding or prior use of Learning Management Systems is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
