A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Infrastructure and DevOps. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Internal Platform team focused on infrastructure, DevOps, and tooling Guide the team through planning, execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of internal systems Own and evolve the Heroku and AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability Required Qualifications 3+ years of engineering management experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform contexts Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL in production environments Solid experience with Heroku and AWS, including Infrastructure as Code tools Proven ability to build and lead small teams, including hiring and performance management Experience in early-stage startups or fast-paced product teams
