A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Analyst for the Sales & Success team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on customer segmentation and lifecycle management Ensure smooth operations and optimized processes for Customer Success and Renewals teams Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track team performance Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in an analytical or customer-facing role within SaaS Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or BI tools like Tableau (preferred) Familiarity with SQL and data querying (preferred) Knowledge of customer success best practices (preferred)
