Customer Success Operations Analyst
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Analyst to optimize processes and data within their Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and enhance Customer Success Manager (CSM) touch points to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
Coordinate cross-functional processes to meet renewal and upsell targets while relaying customer feedback to relevant teams
Aggregate and analyze data to provide insights and reporting on customer health and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role in SaaS
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Excel)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred but not required)
