Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging, interactive learning solutions across multiple modalities Conduct needs analysis to determine stakeholders' requirements and develop custom eLearning solutions Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to produce high-impact learning materials Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Communication, English, or a related field 5+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and other eLearning tools Strong knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS/LXP platforms for course deployment Experience developing training for various modalities, including eLearning and instructor-led training
