Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with audiences through positive interactions on social media
Monitor social media activities, identifying trends and collaborating with managers on emerging themes
Respond to fan comments during livestreams and create community loyalty
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in community management, preferably in gaming or social media
Experience in livestream moderation and engagement in dynamic environments
Familiarity with enterprise publishing and listening tools; proficiency in Sprinklr is a plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong analytical skills and adaptability to industry trends
