Director LTSS Program Operations

A company is looking for a Director LTSS Program Develop, Operations and Regional Support. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end clinical implementation of LTSS community service vendors and programs Develop national metrics and dashboards to monitor contract requirements and quality outcomes Drive operational excellence and support adherence to Medicaid requirements across health plans Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid Managed Care 3+ years of experience working in a matrix organization 2+ years of experience with DSNP and LTSS populations 1+ years of experience in a C&S health plan or similar role Proven ability to manage projects, set objectives, and evaluate results
