A company is looking for a Director of Budgets & Contracts to oversee financial management for various programs and ensure compliance with budgets and contracts. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage annual budgets for all programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and funder requirements Oversee claims management and ensure timely submission of reimbursement requests to funders Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while maintaining a centralized contract repository Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in budget management, financial analysis, or contract administration within a nonprofit or social services environment Extensive knowledge of NYS, NYC, and County grant management processes and compliance requirements Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams Strategic thinking and strong understanding of financial principles and practices
