Director of Channel Strategy
A company is looking for a Director of Channel Partners & Go-to-Market Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a comprehensive channel and Route to Market (RTM) strategy to drive partner engagement and revenue growth
Build scalable partner programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Own channel revenue targets and monitor partner performance to refine strategies
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in channel and partner management, preferably in MarTech or SaaS
Proven track record of designing and scaling successful partner programs
Experience with diverse partner ecosystems, including resellers and digital agencies
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a global team
Analytical mindset with expertise in measuring partner performance and ROI
