Key Responsibilities Oversee continuous improvement of claims processing procedures and ensure compliance with established operations Lead a team in optimizing claims process documentation and developing training for the claims department Collaborate with leadership to implement claims system performance strategies and monitor compliance with industry regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations or a related field 6+ years of leadership experience 2+ years of experience in program management and/or process design or implementation 3+ years of experience working at a health plan/payer
