Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytics-focused role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes for customer-facing teams
Proficiency in CRM and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight)
Experience with renewal operations processes, including quota design and performance analysis
