Director of Customer Insights
A company is looking for a Director, Voice of the Customer.
Key Responsibilities
Create and lead a strategic Voice of the Customer program that drives value and actionable recommendations
Nurture collaborative relationships with stakeholders to shape product and business strategy
Develop and implement customer feedback loops to consistently measure and act on customer insights
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in an analytical function such as Customer/User Insights or Voice of the Customer
Strong data reporting and analytics skills, including proficiency in SQL
Experience conducting customer research and synthesizing product insights
Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex customer challenges
Ability to convey complex topics in simple, engaging formats
