Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the GTM systems strategy to support business growth
Lead and manage a team of admins and developers responsible for Salesforce and connected tools
Oversee Salesforce architecture and governance, ensuring scalability and data integrity
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or systems architecture within a B2B environment
5+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role
Proven success managing GTM tech stacks that include Salesforce and integrated tools
Deep understanding of CRM data models and SaaS business operations
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator) are a plus
