Quality Improvement Analyst
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Perform ongoing quantitative and statistical analysis of performance data, including HEDIS measures and service utilization
Develop HEDIS measures, service utilization, and quality report extraction specifications
Generate and update quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports for NCQA accreditation and Health Plan deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Social Work, Biostatistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in performance and statistical analysis or quality improvement
Experience in public sector managed care or managed behavioral health care preferred
Familiarity with standard statistics software preferred
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
