A company is looking for a Director, Medical Economics. Key Responsibilities Analyze ACO REACH and MSSP program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement in cost and quality Develop and maintain financial models and reports for cost forecasting and budget planning Engage with stakeholders to present insights and collaborate on strategies to enhance care management outcomes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare economics, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 8+ years of experience in medical economics or related healthcare experience, preferably in managed care Proven experience with MSSP programs and risk adjustment methodologies Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and economic modeling software Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and alternative payment structures
