Key Responsibilities Foster a national intercampus student community by developing and supporting student groups Lead efforts to build intergroup connections and dialogue among students from diverse backgrounds Establish trust-based relationships with students to co-develop initiatives that enhance the student experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as student affairs or education At least five years of experience in student engagement or campus programming Proven ability to develop student-centered initiatives that enhance culture and belonging Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills Experience designing programs that foster intergroup connections and dialogue
