Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant discipline

5 years of experience in strategic planning and execution in a team or project-based environment
Experience with Workday HCM and case management tools like ServiceNow or Salesforce
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive process improvements
