Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, with 5+ years managing technical recruiting teams
5+ years of experience in tech/start-up environments
Extensive leadership experience in talent acquisition, including managing managers and team leads
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in recruiting analytics
Proven ability to create programs to attract active and passive talent
