Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for telematics and auto product development Lead a team in designing, developing, and managing telematics solutions while ensuring alignment on funding and resource planning Collaborate with business partners to enhance the customer experience and improve telematics business performance Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in mathematics, actuarial science, business, finance, marketing, economics, or a related field; graduate studies preferred ACAS or FCAS designations highly desired; process-related certifications preferred Typically ten or more years of experience in product development, pricing, innovation, or operations Demonstrated expertise in property and casualty insurance products and telematics Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams and complex projects
