Key Responsibilities Provide operational support for remote staff, addressing hardware and software issues Create, update, triage, and close support tickets to ensure thorough documentation and communication Coordinate hardware lifecycle for remote employees and ensure compliance with on-boarding and off-boarding policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of Tier I operational support experience, preferably in a regulated life sciences environment 2+ years supporting macOS and Windows laptops via MDM 2+ years supporting Identity platforms (OKTA or Entra/AzureAD) Experience administering M365 and various SaaS applications
