Key Responsibilities Lead the gathering and documenting of business requirements through workshops Coordinate with functional and technical teams to manage projects and implement new functionalities Assist in testing Workday solutions and provide regular status reports on overall project progress Required Qualifications Experience with migrating UKG UltiPro HCM to Workday HCM Hands-on experience with Workday HCM troubleshooting and configurations Proficient in developing and executing test plans for Workday solutions Experience managing cross-functional teams within distributed organizations Exposure to UltiPro is a plus but not required
