Exercise Support Cell Chief

A company is looking for an Exercise Support Cell (ESC) Chief to manage service delivery and training operations for the Army National Guard Combat Readiness Exercise Program. Key Responsibilities Direct and manage service delivery and rotational training operations across the Combat Readiness Exercise Program Oversee planning, directing, and supervising contractor support for rotational training operations Produce exercise-specific directives and facilitate coordination among support teams and training areas Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related technical/business field At least 10 years of related work experience Previous Army Combat Training Center experience and knowledge of live fire operations Current and active Secret Clearance or above In-depth understanding of Army training methodology and the structure of Brigade Combat Teams
