Finance Service Center Manager

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day Finance Service Center operations, ensuring timely triage and resolution of service requests
Clarify and formalize responsibilities for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, establishing sustainable workflows
Standardize ticket management practices and enhance training and communication for finance staff
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in shared services, service center management, or finance operations, preferably in higher education
Proven success in leading service delivery improvements and managing backlogs in complex organizations
Familiarity with ticketing systems, service tiering models, and performance metrics
Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving accountability
Experience with Workday Financials or ERP systems in a higher education environment is highly desirable
