A company is looking for a Medical Call Center Representative. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist patients Provide customer service and gather patient billing and medical information Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program and work with carriers for medication coverage Required Qualifications 1 or more years of recent call center experience Healthcare experience is a plus but not required High School Diploma or equivalent Must reside in Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
