A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist to support new members in understanding their Healthplan. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to welcome new members and provide information about the Healthplan Identify trends from calls that may improve policies or procedures Facilitate quarterly Member Advisory meetings and meet quality assurance requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare call center Experience with Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems Experience with data entry and call documentation
