IT Service Senior Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the change management and release management processes for IT systems
Develop and execute comprehensive change management and release plans, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of changes and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
Knowledge of ITIL change management and IT Service Management (ITSM) systems
Experience with agile development methodology and DevOps
ITIL Foundations v3 certification preferred
Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office
