A company is looking for a Conversational AI SME - Call Center & Bot User Journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Create dialog flows and content for voice and chat interfaces using AI technology
Lead engagement with business stakeholders to prioritize and scope design efforts for AI products
Guide documentation and communication design through various UX deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, or design, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience designing multi-channel customer-centered experiences
3+ years of experience in VUI or conversational design within contact centers or enterprise virtual assistants
Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Demonstrable experience in designing and deploying conversational flows for virtual assistants
