Georgia Licensed Membership Specialist
A company is looking for a Membership Retention Specialist to enhance customer relationships and improve membership retention.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a local resource and member advocate, supplementing service work performed by the Customer Contact Center
Host member informational meetings and conduct new member orientation to facilitate integration into Health Net
Track and document member interactions, analyze data, and prepare reports to improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Minimum of three years in sales and/or marketing, preferably in a healthcare environment
Medicare experience strongly preferred
Current insurance license for the state in which the product is sold, or ability to obtain it within 45 days of hire
Highly preferred - GA residents
