Global Payroll Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Global Payroll Accountant. Key Responsibilities Manage payroll accounting for multiple international entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards Perform payroll-related journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis to align payroll records with financial statements Collaborate with HR, FP&A, and auditors to ensure accurate accounting of payroll-related costs and drive process improvements in payroll accounting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong expertise in payroll accounting with experience in multi-entity payroll journal entries and reconciliations Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and payroll software (e.g., Gusto, ADP, Workday) Experience managing payroll-related audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements Willingness to use the company's product
