Incentive Compensation Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Incentive Compensation Design and Admin.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine incentive compensation structures aligned with business objectives and sales strategies
Oversee the administration of incentive compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Analyze compensation data and monitor KPIs to assess plan effectiveness and provide recommendations
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience in incentive compensation design, administration, and analytics
Strong knowledge of sales compensation best practices and financial modeling
Experience with compensation software and CRM platforms
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools
