Government Compliance Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Government Compliance (Remote). Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and submission of Disclosure Statement (DS), Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP), and Incurred Cost Submission (ICS) Research compliance issues and interpret government regulations (CAS, FAR/DFARS) to provide recommendations Interface with DCMA and DCAA on audits and compliance matters Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 7 years of experience, or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree Proficient government accounting knowledge and experience at a defense contractor or government agency Demonstrated ability to prepare adequate DS, FPRP, and ICS submissions Ability to interpret and apply CAS, FAR/DFARS regulations Experience managing large, complex projects with minimal oversight
