Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business goals
Oversee HR technology platforms and streamline HR processes to enhance employee experience
Lead communication and change management efforts related to compensation and benefits programs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HR systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to design and implement scalable rewards strategies in dynamic environments
Deep knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and compliance requirements
Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR practices
Bachelor's degree in a related field; graduate degree preferred
