Washington Logistics Analyst
A company is looking for a Logistics Analyst (REMOTE/Occasional Field Work).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy workforce management strategies nationwide
Identify gaps in coverage and propose solutions for optimal staffing and workload management
Provide analytical input related to trends in call handle time and call volume to improve forecasts and plans
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies, particularly in call centers
Expert level understanding of call center operations, processes, and analytics
Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred certifications such as Six Sigma, PMI, or Workforce Certification
