High Volume Recruiter
A company is looking for a High Volume Recruiter - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and offer letter preparation
Lead recruitment initiatives and implement strategies to maximize candidate pools
Manage 15-20 high-volume requisitions end-to-end and collaborate with management to ensure effective recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
Proficiency with ATS technology, specifically Greenhouse
Experience with Google Suite, LinkedIn, and Slack
In-house, startup recruiting experience is essential
Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines
