HR Generalist Benefits and Payroll
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist (Benefits and Payroll Administration).
Key Responsibilities
Administer the company's benefits program and assist with new-hire orientations and open enrollment
Process semi-monthly multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with payroll laws
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll-related issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, human resources, or related field
Three to five years of related experience, preferably with a small business government contractor
Proficient with Human Resources Information Systems such as Paycor, Paychex, ADP, and Workday
Technology savvy with the ability to learn systems and processes quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
