A company is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to support a dedicated business unit within its Commercial or Corporate Functions teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of critical HR strategic initiatives aligned with long-term business goals
Act as a change leader for strategic business initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions with stakeholders
Enhance employee engagement and nurture a positive organizational culture through collaboration with business leaders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered
10+ years of relevant human resources experience, preferably in a business partnership role
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong partnerships with stakeholders
