A company is looking for an Identity & Access Specialist. Key Responsibilities Manage user provisioning and access, ensuring compliance with organizational policies Provide remote technical support and excellent customer service across various software systems Conduct audits and collaborate with management to improve processes and resolve issues Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in a Level 2 support role or IAM Specialist role 4+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Current CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation certification preferred, with the ability to obtain within the first year Experience supporting MacOS/Apple iOS preferred
