A company is looking for a Senior Manager, In-Store, Strategy & Operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the customer Strategy & Operation pod for the Going Out product Own critical pieces of strategy including go-to-market, merchandising, and product interactions Manage a team of 3-4 direct reports and collaborate cross-functionally with various departments Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, business planning, consulting, or product marketing Proven track record of owning revenue or growth goals and leading complex projects Data-driven with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic/intermediate SQL experience Experience in startup or early-stage environments is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
