Incentive Compensation Analyst
A company is looking for an Incentive Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain programs, policies, and procedures for incentive compensation reporting
Provide back-office support for incentive compensation services and perform quality control on deliverables
Analyze data and create reports on incentive plan performance and trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, finance/accounting, or a business-related field
2 years of professional-level work experience in incentive compensation, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Previous experience in incentive compensation reporting
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, including VBA and complex formulas
Understanding of how compensation issues may impact other departments
