IT Support Help Desk Representative
A company is looking for an IT Support Help Desk Representative 1. Key Responsibilities Interact with cross-organizational entities to escalate trouble tickets and restore service quickly Assist with basic end-user support and respond to trouble calls/alerts/emails in a timely manner Follow system security procedures, establish user accounts, and improve documentation for problem analysis Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 0-2 years of relevant work experience Ability to work any shift during normal operating hours, including weekends Familiarity with ticket tracking systems Understanding of system security procedures and guidelines
