ITSM Knowledge Engineer
A company is looking for an ITSM Knowledge and Collaboration Engineer to support their State and Local team. Key Responsibilities Utilize the ITSM (ServiceNow) platform to promote knowledge management and collaboration Design and support the implementation of service catalog workflows and enhance the ITSM platform Develop knowledge platform strategies and gather business requirements from leadership and end users Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in Knowledge Management and IT Service Management, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in Knowledge Management and IT Service Management Experience with Knowledge Management and Service Catalog Project coordination experience Experience in requirements gathering
