Junior Application Security Engineer

A company is looking for a Junior Application Security Engineer to join their global application security team. Key Responsibilities Assist in the deployment and configuration of application security tools and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines Create and maintain documentation and training materials for security tooling and developer support Track remediation progress of vulnerabilities and maintain internal knowledge base of security issues and solutions Required Qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience in IT, development, DevOps, or a related technical role (internship or academic experience considered) Foundational IT skills with a strong interest in security Ability to assist in operational tasks such as setting up user accounts and coordinating activities Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment Basic understanding of application security concepts and tools
