K12 Education Purchasing Advisor

A company is looking for a Purchasing Advisor to develop proposals and support vendor approval processes for K12 education. Key Responsibilities: Research and analyze RFPs to develop tailored proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams Manage vendor approval applications and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Track proposal submissions and communicate with funding agencies to ensure compliance and address inquiries Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, English, Communications, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in writing and responding to RFPs in the K12 education sector Experience in K12 educational sales and grant writing is strongly preferred Knowledge of K12 education funding mechanisms and grant opportunities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal development software
